Supply Desk are a nationwide education recruitment company specialising in Primary, SEND, and Secondary education. We place our teaching staff in day-to-day and long-term placements in an extensive number of Primary and Secondary schools across Brighton andamp; Hove, East Sussex and West Sussex.

Are you passionate about fostering children''s growth and development£ We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team and support students across a range of primary schools in Peacehaven. This flexible role is a perfect opportunity for individuals eager to gain diverse experience in different educational settings while making a meaningful impact on the lives of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Lesson Delivery: Assist the class teacher with preparing and implementing engaging classroom activities.
• andzwj; Provide Individual andamp; Group Support: Work with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to reinforce learning and promote confidence.
• Foster Positive Learning Environments: Help maintain an inclusive and motivating classroom atmosphere.
• Manage Student Engagement: Encourage focus and participation while effectively managing classroom behaviour.
• Adapt Quickly: Seamlessly integrate into new schools, building rapport with both students and staff.

Requirements:

• ££ Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is beneficial but not essential.
• Passion for Education: A genuine enthusiasm for supporting childrenandrsquo;s educational journeys.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with students, teachers, and staff.
• £ DBS Clearance: A current DBS registered on the update service, or a willingness to apply for one.
