New Business Executive - Liverpool

Full Time | Permanent | 37.5 Hours per Week | -28,000 + Commission | Skelmersdale, Liverpool

Are you a confident and motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and generating new business opportunities? We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a New Business Executive to join a well-established organisation and play a key role in driving business growth.

This is a varied position that combines inbound enquiry management with proactive business development, allowing you to manage the full sales process from initial contact through to onboarding new clients.

• Respond to incoming enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Identify client requirements and provide tailored service solutions and quotations.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling and lead generation activity.
• Build rapport with prospective clients and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales process.
• Follow up leads and enquiries to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and updates on the company CRM system.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities where required.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the business professionally at all times.

• At least 2 years commercial sales experience
• Confident communicator with excellent telephone and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
