A great opportunity has become available for a Project Manager to join an Offshore Manufacturing and Engineering company based in Aberdeen. Joining the companies Fire and Safety department you should have experience working with Fire and Safety systems and also experience within a managerial role. Responsibilities: Build and maintain excellent internal relationships, optimising business performance. Provide customer contact and support delivery. Ensure accurate reporting of job status against agreed project and service delivery, including cost to date and estimated to completion. Ensure project and service delivery dates to internal and external customers are met. Develop and performance manage direct reports. Effectively communicate company and group strategy within organisation. Daily management and coordination of field/offshore based and Project Engineers. Arrange and attend client meetings. Monitor team performance. Adhere to all health and safety requirements. Essential: 5-10 years of offshore experience working with fire and safety systems. Commercial awareness. Credible manager with experience in a managerial role. Computer literate. Salary: Circa 50K
