This opportunity will suit an experienced practice accountant who enjoys managing client relationships, overseeing the delivery of accounting services and providing practical advice to owner-managed businesses, and is comfortable working fully remote. The Role: Working within the firm''s Accounting and Business Advisory service line, you will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing the delivery of accounting services and supporting the development of junior colleagues. Responsibilities are expected to include: Managing a portfolio of owner-managed businesses and SME clients. Overseeing the preparation and review of statutory accounts and management accounts. Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building relationships, and providing ongoing accounting and business advice. Reviewing work prepared by junior team members, providing technical guidance and supporting their development. Managing workflow, deadlines, and the overall quality of client deliverables.
