Clerk of Works Property Maintenance and Technical Assurance North London Circa £55,000 per annum Permanent A leading London-based housing provider is looking to appoint an experienced Clerk of Works Property Maintenance and Technical Assurance to join their Property Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality planned works and retrofit programmes across their housing portfolio. Working within a hybrid model, combining office and home working with regular site visits across London and surrounding areas, you will ensure that construction and retrofit works are delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance and energy efficiency. The Role As Clerk of Works, you will support the delivery of programmes including the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) and wider planned works. Acting as the organisation s on-site quality representative, you will ensure contractors deliver works in line with specifications, regulations and sustainability objectives. Carrying out regular site inspections to assess construction quality and ensure works meet contractual specifications, design details and relevant building standards.
