Duties:

• As a Car Sales Executive, you will engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers.
• Manage test drives, customer follow-ups and sales enquiries.
• Negotiate effectively and complete vehicle sales.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Keep up to date with vehicle product knowledge and automotive industry developments.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the dealership’s continued success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the automotive industry, ideally in retail car sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• A target-driven approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Self-motivation, a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Full UK driving licence.
