Job Description:
- Provide tailored supportandnbsp;to pupils with a range of learning needs, both in and out of the classroom
- Assist the class teacherandnbsp;in delivering engaging and accessible lessons across the primary curriculum
- Encourage independence, resilience, and positive behaviour through consistent and compassionate support
- Adapt resources and activitiesandnbsp;to meet individual learning styles and EHCP targets
- Foster a safe and inclusive environmentandnbsp;where every child feels valued and supported
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionalsandnbsp;to ensure holistic support for each pupil
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential)
- Be aandnbsp;patient, empathetic, and proactive individualandnbsp;with a genuine passion for supporting learning
- Demonstrate a strong understanding ofandnbsp;SEND,andnbsp;safeguarding, andandnbsp;inclusive practice
- Possessandnbsp;excellent communication,andnbsp;teamwork, andandnbsp;organisational skills
- Be eager to engage inandnbsp;ongoing training,andnbsp;collaborative working, andandnbsp;whole-school life
