Our distinguished firm in the buildings sector, is currently seeking a skilled Registered Building Inspector to join their team on a contract basis. This position is a fantastic opportunity for those with expertise in Building Control, particularly with a Class 3H certification.

• Inspecting buildings and construction sites to ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
• Reviewing building plans and drawings for adherence to standards
• Issuing certificates of compliance and other related documentation
• Providing expert advice on building control to developers and construction teams
• Identifying potential safety hazards and recommending corrective actions
• Maintaining detailed inspection records and reports
• Conducting follow-up inspections to ensure rectifications have been made
• Liaising with stakeholders to address concerns and ensure smooth project execution

• Certification in Class 3H for Building Inspection
• Experience in Building Control and inspection roles
• Comprehensive understanding of building codes and safety regulations
• Ability to interpret and review construction plans and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
