The On-Site IT Support Engineer should possess both excellent technical support and interpersonal skills and be highly proficient in Microsoft-centric IT support.The NPPV and SC Cleared On-Site IT Support Engineer will perform 1st and 2nd Line break-fix, deployment and support services in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tickets simultaneously (using Ivanti) through to completion.The role is based on-site 5 days per week, working 8 hour shifts between the core business hours of 9am - 5pm, sometimes starting earlier if required.
