Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Collaborate with other departments to ensure projects remain cost-effective and meet all necessary regulations. Ensure compliance with building regulations and fire safety standards. Monitor project performance, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Ideal Candidate: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management or similar. Experience working on large RC frame projects. Background in fire remediation and cladding work. Knowledge of building regulations, NHBC, HSE, and fire safety standards.
