Overview

We are seeking a Sales Director to join our Revenue and Operations team based in London. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director, Sales and be responsible for securing new, profitable customers for Adform, targeting medium to large clients—advertisers, agencies, and publishers—both locally and internationally, including retail media.Responsibilities

Prospect and convert leads by attending industry events, networking, and identifying opportunities.Plan and execute a sales strategy to build a pipeline and win new customers, achieving sales targets.Manage opportunities and map stakeholders prior to onboarding.Translate client needs into Adform products, negotiating win-win value for both Adform and the customer.Gather competitor intelligence to highlight Adform\''s unique selling points and create valuable differentiation.Maintain healthy sales velocity and a strong pipeline.Keep accurate, real-time records in Salesforce.Deliver high-quality handovers to account management colleagues.Attitude First. 10+ years of relevant experience in a sales position, with minimum 5 years of experience selling advertising technology or media.Strong Financial Acumen.Proficiency in Salesforce (or equivalent opportunity management tool) with a track record of maintaining diligent recordsA proven track record of success and the ability to manage a complex sales process to closure.Comfort in selling and pitching across various verticals.Will have sold to and maintain a strong network of contacts across the big 6 holding co\''s and also leading independent agenciesA constant desire to improve, staying engaged in a feedback loop with your coach (Manager).Stage speaking experience, and strong public speaking skills.Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and present effectively.Adform\''s guiding principles ingrained in your profile: Focus on Client Value, Behave with Decency, Take Ownership, Care, Collaborate as a Team Player, Remain Ambitious, and Stand Tall in all interactions.Our promise to you:
