Key Responsibilities for the Quality EngineerSupport production in meeting delivery and quality targetsSupport MRB (material review board) meetingsNCR (Non-Conformance report) managementFacilitate NCR investigations for production and engineeringPerform RCCA (Root cause and corrective actions) activities using tools like 8D and 5YActioning customer returns and putting corrective actions in placeCarry out concession activitiesEnsure equipment is calibrated and logged throughout the businessSupport the business with continuous improvementFully comply with Company Policies including Health and Safety at all timesManagement of Quality TeamOversight of the audit scheduleManagement of the BMS and the ownership of the associated proceduresPoint of contact for external audits KPI''sAdherence to Audit ScheduleClosing out of NCRs within agreed timelines including response to customer NCR''sExternal RFT > 98%Internal RFT > 95 - 98% Requirements Relevant education and/or experienceProficient IT capabilities and competent user of standard packagesKnowledge of ERP systems desirableISO based quality system knowle
