Selecting appropriate assessment methods and criteria, assessing the work and progress of students by reference to the criteria and providing constructive feedback to students, you''ll seek ways of improving performance by reflecting on teaching design and delivery as well as obtaining and analysing feedback.We''re looking for someone with a recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to work towards one), a relevant degree in Health and Social Care and experience of teaching Health and Social Care within an FE college.
