Andersen James working with a regional Housing Associaton based in Chester, as they look to recruit a DMC and Disrepair Surveyor. The role will responsible for damp and mould surveys and disrepair cases across their Northern housing stock. We''re looking for candidates with: Relevant building surveying, maintenance or construction management qualification and or equivalent experience A strong surveying background, ideally within social housing Ideally damp, mould and disrepair experience. However, the client are happy to develop candidates in these areas - excellent development opporunity for surveyors starting out their career!
