We’re looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed
Product Lead
to shape the future of Unit4 Financials by Coda. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of
product discovery, commercial impact, and user experience
and who’s passionate about transforming financial workflows through AI and automation. You will own the vision and direction for the product, working closely with stakeholders in GTM, Engineering and other functions to define business cases. You engage in research that aligns with our broader strategic goals to gain market and customer insights and connect that to the execution in Product Engineering. You will guide and mentor Product Owners so they, together with the team, get a solid understanding of our customers, their business and their problem space to ensure solutions are developed with the best product-market fit and a sound business model. You are the evangelist of your product area and have a keen sense of what’s possible with AI and automation in financial workflows. Customer engagement: Build relationships with a broad variety of clients across our industries, geographies and sizes. Understand their challenges, opportunities and how technology can transform their workGain market and customer insights: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and research aligned with broader strategic goals to gather and analyze data-driven insightsSet product strategy and goals: Define the product strategy by identifying key personas and their objectives, and define the future of work for financial applications users using automation technologies, including generative AIRoadmap and business case definition: Develop, prioritize and present the roadmap to leadership and customers and define the supporting business casesRoadmap development: Collaborate on delivery planning with Engineering, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and manage stakeholder expectationsCross-functional collaboration: Work with colleagues across the organization to ensure product success and manage expectationsCommercialization approach: Align release activities with strategic objectives and gather insights from release performance for future innovationsLeadership: Demonstrate product leadership, enthusiasm and mentor the people involved in development, sales and deliveryCompliance: Work with Local and Industry Product Managers to ensure compliance with accounting standards and geography and sector-specific regulationsPerformance measurement: Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate product successQualifications
Knowledge of industries relevant to our product(s): Retail, Logistics, Financial Services and/or ManufacturingProven track record of launching successful products and driving measurable outcomesStrong empathy for end users and focus on delivering value to customersProficiency in analyzing data to derive insights and inform decisionsAbility to define a clear product vision, prioritize features, and create detailed roadmaps aligned with company goalsExcellent written and spoken communication skills with an ability to effectively connect with business and technical stakeholdersDeep understanding of financial applicationsPreferred
Experience with mid-market ERP platformsExperience with integrating AI/ML or automation into enterprise software productsBackground in finance/accounting or experience working with finance teams in services industriesAdditional Information
