Your new role This role is responsible for managing and verifying monthly and year-end accounting entries, ensuring accurate financial reporting in compliance with internal guidelines and IFRS standards. Key duties include preparing pension budgets for multiple schemes, producing financial reports and presentations for trustee meetings, and overseeing internal controls related to pension accounting.The position also involves governance and compliance responsibilities, such as implementing pension guidelines, reviewing defined contribution plan accounting treatments, and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of actuarial reports. Reconciliation of actuarial data with accounting tools is a critical aspect of the role, supporting transparency and regulatory compliance.
