Due to growing client demand, they are looking for a Principal Designer to help develop and deliver their Building Regulations Principal Designer / BRPD service across commercial, retail and residential projects. This role would suit someone who understands design compliance, Building Regulations, technical design coordination or building control and wants to use that knowledge in a more specialist, client-facing consultancy role. The opportunity You will work with clients, designers, contractors and dutyholders to help ensure projects are planned, designed and documented in line with Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act.
