This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business producing high-precision components. The successful candidate will be working on modern 5-axis CNC milling machines, programming, setting and operating using Heidenhain controls. The Role Programming, setting and operating 5-axis CNC milling machines Producing precision components to tight tolerances Editing and proving out programs using Heidenhain controls Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Selecting appropriate tooling and fixtures Carrying out self-inspection using standard measuring equipment Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity Working closely with the manufacturing and engineering teams Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator Strong knowledge of Heidenhain controls Experience programming and machining on 5-axis milling machines Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings Confident working to tight tolerances and high-quality standards Apprentice trained or time-served machinist preferred Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Package 37,000 ..... full job details .....
