Housing Solutions Manager

We are working with a respected London borough to appoint an experienced Housing Solutions Team Manager to lead a frontline homelessness prevention service. This is a key leadership role that will see you manage a team of officers handling high volumes of complex housing cases under both Part 6 and Part 7 of the Housing Act. The council is committed to improving housing outcomes and reducing reliance on temporary accommodation, and you''ll play a central role in making that happen. This role would suit a housing professional with deep knowledge of homelessness and allocations legislation, experience managing multidisciplinary teams, and a clear track record of service improvement. You''ll be a confident leader, able to manage complex caseloads, deliver high-quality decision-making, and provide robust supervision to your team.
