The roleYou''ll be involved in:

Leading on complex commercial disputes across multiple sectors, including financial services, tech, real estate and more

Handling litigation, arbitration and ADR matters (often with a cross-border element)

Working closely with clients as a trusted Adviser, providing strategic, commercially focused solutions

Supporting the team''s growth through business development and mentoring junior colleagues

Who they''re looking for

A strong background in commercial litigation (4+ PQE)

Experience handling complex disputes, ideally with exposure to cross-border or technology-related work (desirable, not essential)

A confident communicator who enjoys client contact, can lead on matters and wants to play an active role in team growth and business development
