The role of the Warehouse Operative:

• Receiving, storing, replenishing, picking, packing and dispatching stock.
• Accurately booking stock onto warehouse systems and reporting discrepancies or damage.
• Using RF scanners, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and automated technology such as AutoStore.
• Completing stock transfers and inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy.
• Labelling and preparing orders accurately for dispatch.
• Safely loading vehicles in line with site procedures.
• Operating warehouse equipment and MHE where trained and authorised.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety.
• Working towards productivity, quality and accuracy targets.
• Supporting continuous improvement and working collaboratively with the wider team.
• Comply and conduct themselves with STIHL company regulations, policies and procedures

• Experience of working in a Distribution Centre
• Manual handling skills
