Pay: £27,341.00 per year Job Description: Team Leader Distribution Centre (Ecom) Location: Burton on Trent Working Pattern: 5 days over 7, Shift patterns can be Sunday - Thursday and Monday - Friday - flexibility is essential - rotating shifts (6 00 / 14 00) Purpose of the Role The Team Leader plays a key role in supporting the operational teams within the Distribution Centre. Reporting to the First Line Manager and Operations Team Manager, you will ensure colleagues are motivated, engaged, and focused on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high safety standards, and achieving operational efficiency.
