Kenny Recruit are working with an established and growing tax firm who are looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking HR Manager to join the team. This is a standalone HR Manager role, owning the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and retention. The ideal person will be a natural people person who enjoys building strong relationships, partnering with senior leadership and helping shape a positive, high-performing culture. You''ll also be someone who embraces technology and AI, with a genuine interest in using new tools and smarter processes to make HR systems as efficient and effective as possible. You will report into a brilliant COO, who is looking for a real business partner to help him direct the HR strategy of the business. Pay: £55,000 - £65,000 (dependant on experience) + benefits + discretionary bonus Location: Camden. 5 days in the office preferred but hybrid split available Working hours: 9:00am - 5.30pm Key Responsibilities: HR Policies and Compliance Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and employee handbook. Ensure compliance with employment law and best practice. Recruitment and Onboarding Manage the recruitment process from job description to offer.
