This organisation manages a large and diverse estate across London and has an established in-house Facilities and Estates function responsible for maintaining safe, compliant and well-managed sites. You''ll be based from a modern Enfield site with free onsite parking, some flexibility to work from home and the stability of joining a large, established organisation. In this role, you''ll help coordinate contracts, contractors and statutory compliance across the estate. You''ll organise contractor activity and meetings, maintain records and ensure that completed works have the correct paperwork and evidence required to demonstrate compliance.
