Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives. Allocate workloads and monitor daily performance against operational targets. Oversee goods-in, goods-out, picking, packing, and stock control activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies. Deliver team briefings and provide ongoing coaching and training. Monitor productivity and quality standards, identifying opportunities for improvement. Assist with staffing levels, attendance management, and performance reviews. Investigate and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively. Maintain accurate warehouse and inventory records. Support management in achieving service, cost, and efficiency objectives. About You Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Warehouse Operative position.
