Junior HR
Junior HRLocation: London, UKFull-timeKey Responsibilities:Support the HR team with day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding processes.Assist with payroll processing, data entry, and reporting.Ensure HR compliance with UK employment law and internal policies.Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.Required Skills and Experience:Previous experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, or HR Coordinator (1-2 years preferred).Basic understanding of payroll administration and HR compliance in the UK.Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.Strong organizational and administrative skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software is a plus.Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
