With multiple sites and more coming on stream this is a busy role whereby you will be Project Managing various building services schemes across the portfolioThese projects for example could be: Managing new green filed sites to operational statusExpansion of Brown field existing assetsEnd of life asset replacementRetrofitting and upgradesAll works are within the BMS, Electrical or Mechanical (cooling) disciplines so both technical services experience and data centre live site experience are important.
