Job Title: On-Site Staff Co-ordinator
Location: On-site with client (location to be confirmed)
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: Thursday - Monday, 5:30am - 2:00pm (40 hours per week, including a 30-minute unpaid break)

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive On-Site Staff Co-ordinator to manage and support temporary staff at one of our key client locations. This is a hands-on role where you will be the main point of contact on-site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of attendance, performance, and compliance.
This position is well-suited to someone who is confident working independently, highly organised, and able to respond quickly to challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of temporary staff on-site
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance
• Address and resolve issues such as staff absence, lateness, and conduct concerns
• Ensure all staff are equipped with the correct PPE and equipment
• Liaise with the client and internal teams to maintain service levels
• Coordinate shift coverage and arrange replacements when required
• Maintain accurate records and reporting
• Promote a positive, professional, and safe working environment

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in handling challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Previous experience in a supervisory, coordination, or recruitment role (desirable)
• Good administrative and record-keeping abilities
