Conveyancing Paralegal - Cambridge Excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded conveyancing team and build your career with a leading Cambridge firm. The successful candidate will be joining a long and well established Solicitors firm with a first rate reputation within residential conveyancing, with a track record of delivering high quality, professinal service. Working alongside experienced residential conveyancing lawyers, you will play an important role in supporting a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. Duties in this role may include things such as:- Assisting with the day to day management of residential property transactions Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documentation Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors Undertaking property and title related searches and enquiries Assisting with exchange and completion processes Maintaining accurate and up to date case records Providing a high standard of client care throughout the conveyancing process Supporting fee earners with their caseloads and taking on increasing responsibility as your experience develops Any applicants will be expected to be able to show experience within residential conveyancing as a paralegal, conveyancing assistant or legal secretary.
