Performance Team Leader

will take responsibility for the following duties:Managing both the team’s workload as well as individual workloadDaily and monthly calculation of performance returnsProviding full attribution analysis to portfolio managers, explaining any differences between portfolio and benchmark returnsCalculate, validate and distribute portfolio and benchmark characteristicsEnsuring all performance data required for scheduled reporting is calculated accurately to meet external client reporting deadlinesAddress performance related questions from clients, marketing, investment professionals and all levels of managementProviding accurate performance related data and reports to senior managementProject management: looking at efficiency drivers and identifying areas of automationGuiding and developing junior analysts within the teamThe

will be naturally data centric and mathematically minded, and will meet the following skill set:Advanced Knowledge of performance measurements conceptsAdvanced experience of performance systemsThorough understanding of performance calculations and methodologiesAttribution knowledge for fixed income is essentialStrong working knowledge of GIPSHas previously held a Senior position within a Performance team; previous supervisory or leadership experience is advantageousHolds the IMCEducated to degree level or equivalent in a numerical subjectThis is a rare opportunity for candidates currently working in
