The Role
As the IFM Contract Manager, you’ll:
- Lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a complex estate.
- Manage a team of approximately 145 employees through three direct reports.
- Ensure operational performance and statutory compliance while managing KPIs and SLAs.
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee financial performance across the contract.

To be successful in the role of IFM Contract Manager, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in leading Hard and Soft FM services within an IFM environment.
- Strong operational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage large teams through established management structures.
