The role is site-based, full time, and involves operating a 360 excavator to carry out excavation, formation, drainage and general groundworks under the direction of the site foreman.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate 360 excavator safely and efficiently for excavation, trenching, bunding and material handling.Form and trim foundations, sub-bases and oversites to drawings and set levels.Install and backfill drainage runs and soakaways alongside groundworks team.ContinueSupport groundworkers with lifting, placing and compaction of materials.Conduct daily plant checks, basic servicing and report defects.Maintain tidy, safe working areas and follow site-specific health and safety procedures.Read and work to drawings, setting out information and instructions from the site team.Required Qualifications and ExperienceValid CPCS or NPORS 360 excavator ticket.CSCS card or equivalent construction competency card.Proven experience operating 360 excavators on residential groundworks or new-build housing sites.Good understanding of health and safety on construction sites, including safe systems of work and PPE use.Ability to read basic site drawings and follow instructions.Reliable, punctual, and
