I am currently recruiting for a Site Manager for one of my clients who are working on a project in Swindon.- Works involve refurbishing and re-configuring an industrial unit.- Trades will include dry lining, creating clean rooms, brickwork, M+E etc.

There is a site team in place with another Site Manager and a Project Manager and this role will be to cover 9 weeks holiday cover until early September 2026.

Rates of pay are negotiable depending on candidate experience etc.- -Previous experience of working on similar projects for a main contractor along with SMSTS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness are required.
