££ The Role
As an ambassador for the organisation, you will:
- Promote key organisational messages and represent the Company and its customers positively
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for coach education programmes
- Plan and coordinate Activities Coach and Level 2 courses across GBandI
- Organise venues and tutors and manage all course logistics
- Process bookings via CRM systems
- Register learners onto the online learning platform and manage access
- Track learner progress and maintain accurate records
- Manage course transfers, cancellations and candidate communications
- Maintain licensing and education databases
- Issue certification to successful candidates
- Produce reports to support the coaching team
- Act as first point of contact for coach education enquiries
- Support CPD and wider training programmes during busy periods
- Liaise with external awarding bodies and attend required meetings
£ What We’re Looking For
- Proven administration and database management experience
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
- Experience organising and managing bookings or events
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Customer and business-focused mindset
£ Working Pattern
- Full-time, permanent
- Core hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
- Hybrid working trial available from day one
