Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to join a successful, established team with a warm desk and genuine earning potential?

Prospero Teaching is looking for a driven and ambitious SEN Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Birmingham office. This is an exciting opportunity to take over a well-established desk, working alongside an experienced and supportive team with access to existing clients, active business, and excellent growth opportunities.

As a specialist SEN Recruitment Consultant, you''ll work closely with SEND schools, alternative provisions, and pupil referral units across the region, supplying high-quality education professionals and making a real difference to children''s lives.

This is a busy and rewarding role where you''ll have the opportunity to build on existing relationships whilst developing new business across the SEN education sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing an established SEN desk
• Building strong relationships with SEND schools, PRUs, and alternative provisions
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing education professionals into temporary and permanent roles
• Providing an exceptional recruitment service to both clients and candidates
• Generating new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
• Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms and managing candidate attraction campaigns
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including compliance and safeguarding requirements
