Assistant Service Manager/Supported Living
Job Description We are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and experienced Service Manager to lead and support a team of support workers delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex needs. This pivotal role ensures individuals can live independently, access the community, and enjoy safe, supportive, and meaningful lives. The Service Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager/Registered Manager and play a key role in maintaining care standards, compliance, and team development.
