The role of HR Advisor is hugely important within the school. The individual will help bring to life their People Strategy by playing an instrumental role in providing generalist HR support to the Principal, and their senior leadership teams. You have experience of providing advice on employee relations, terms and conditions and contract issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, pre-employment checks, payroll administration, as well as maintaining and updating the College''s Single Central Record and HR systems.
