Albion Search are currently working with a regional house builder to appoint an Assistant Site Manager or a Site Manager for a 7 week contract in Wakefield.

This will be helping to ensure legal completions are met, customers are moved in smoothly and plots are completed to a high standard. The ideal candidate must have experience in volume house building and be available from Monday 11th August.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensuring plots are ready for CML
• Customer Care
• Assisting the other Site Manager with daily tasks
• H&S
• Oversight of some sub-contractors
• Helping with inductions
• Overseeing trades

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS as well as the above relevant experience.
