The successful candidate will be tasked with integrating themselves within that team, utilising the company''s support and committing to Avenue''s proven methods of a highly successful recruitment process.This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to take the next step on the career ladder and join an established and flourishing team.The Role:Manage and develop existing accounts through sourcing candidates in relation to client''s expectations and requirements.Actively seek and exploit new business opportunities through a variety of Sales and marketing initiatives.Visit potential and existing clients regularly to gain market knowledge and promote Avenue Scotland in a professional manner while developing business relationships.Attend and represent Avenue Scotland at various functions including exhibitions, shows, conferences, hospitality events.Adhere to a weekly agreed level of key performance indicatorsCommit to planning on a daily basis paying particular interest to the on-going prospecting of new business opportunities.Adhere to all procedures relating to the registration and administration of vacancies, ens
