The Company

Housing Maintenance & Construction Specialist, carrying out multi trade works in a professional manner. This is a heavily led Carpentry role, carrying out all aspects of carpentry maintenance / some install. Social housing contract predominately within the Basildon area.

The Role

• Kitchen Repairs
• Hang Doors
• Lock Changes
• Skirting
• Bathroom Repairs
• Window Repairs
• Maintenance & Minor Install Carpentry Works

Skills & Experience

• Level 2 NVQ or equivalent carpentry qual
• Full UK Drivers License
• Social Housing experience preferred
• Experience of using PDA device
