Develop and implement databases, data collection systems and data engineering solutions that optimise reporting efficiency and clarityAcquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data lakesInterpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reportsIdentify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data setsFilter and clean data by reviewing raw data, reports, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problemsWork with management to prioritise business and information needsLocate and define new process improvement opportunitiesCollaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure data-driven insights align with clinical needs and business policies for operational excellenceData security and privacy – Ensure compliance with regulations at all times and understand patient confidentiality, Caldicott Principles and GDPRQualifications
