We are working with a local authority for a Head of Housing Services to lead landlord and neighbourhood services within a local authority setting. This role will take responsibility for frontline housing operations, ensuring services are delivered effectively, meet regulatory requirements and respond to resident needs. You will lead service delivery across housing management and resident involvement functions, providing direction to teams and supporting the delivery of housing priorities through effective performance management and operational oversight.
