You will lead a team of residential support workers, ensuring the highest quality of care is consistently delivered while promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in your care.Key Responsibilities:Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the homeLead, mentor, and supervise a team of care staffEnsure all safeguarding, compliance, and quality standards are metSupport the development and implementation of individual care plansBuild trusting relationships with children, families, and professionalsBe part of the on-call rota and cover shifts when required Requirements:Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - essentialPrevious experience in a senior or team leader role within a children''s residential settingStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsA genuine passion for maki
