• Support the migration, validation and cleansing of non-conformance data into the 3DX platform.
• Assist with system implementation, testing and data quality assurance activities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and management information outputs.
• Validate data accuracy, consistency and reporting integrity.
• Produce user guides, procedures and training materials.
• Support the development of trend analysis and performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data visualisation.
• Develop contract baseline library specifications for non-conformance management.
• Provide support and guidance to stakeholders throughout implementation.
• Promote continuous improvement and system adoption across the organisation.
