As part of this exciting journey, we''re looking for a Regional Housebuilder Manager to take ownership of key accounts across the North West, helping to deliver a more integrated and customer-focused approach across our market-leading solutions.This is a strategic account management role where you''ll build influential relationships, drive specification opportunities and support some of the region''s most prominent residential developments. What you''ll be doing:Developing and managing relationships with regional and national housebuilder customers across the North West.Creating strategic account plans to deliver sustainable sales growth and increased specification opportunities.Identifying opportunities from land acquisition through to construction and completion.Collaborating with stakeholders across Saint-Gobain businesses to deliver a seamless customer experience.Supporting framework agreements and maximising opportunities across key accounts.Engaging with developers, contractors, architects and supply chain partners to influence project specifications.Monitoring market activity, competitor movements and regional housing trends.Delivering customer presentations, business reviews and growth plans.
