Position Overview We''re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner (Grade 1) to support the Facilities Cleaning team in Porth. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various areas of the building, including offices, communal areas, kitchens, and toilets. Key Responsibilities General and Surface Cleaning: Sanitize desks, work surfaces, doors, wall surfaces, pipes, window sills, and hard furnishings across offices, corridors, and communal spaces. Floor Maintenance: Vacuum and mop floors in office, corridor, kitchen, and communal areas. Operate scrubber dryers where provided. Sanitation Services: Thoroughly clean and sanitize toilet areas, including sinks, toilets, hand dryers, cubicle walls, and doors. Kitchen Hygiene: Clean and sanitize work surfaces, sinks, floors, and skirting boards in kitchen areas. Keyholder Duties: Act as a keyholder responsible for securing building access and/or locking up after shifts as required. Working Hours and Schedule Weekly Hours: 10 hours per week (2 hours per day) Shift Start: 6:00 AM Candidate Requirements and Compliance To be considered for submission, candidates must meet the following criteria: Eligibility: Must have the right to work in the UK.
