This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership teams, providing strategic HR insight and challenge while helping to shape workforce plans, organisational change and people priorities across the organisation.Working as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, you will use workforce data and insight to identify challenges and opportunities, influence decision-making and develop pragmatic people solutions.
