Position: Food and Beverage Supervisor Salary: 28,000.00 to 32,000.00 per year Location: Hayes, Bromley Conference and banqueting venue are looking to recruit a Food and Beverage Supervisor to take on a supervisory role across all bars and conference rooms. This will involve the Food and Beverage Supervisor overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of all events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the objectives set by clients or management. The Food and Beverage Supervisor Must have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Lead the event / banqueting setup and takedown processes Handle customer service inquiries and resolve any issues Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback from participants Opening and closing procedures, including security and cleaning. Liaise, as applicable, with outside contractors as well as with internal suppliers Leading and coordinating event staff in an efficient way.
