This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive and driven professional to deliver end-to-end cost management services across a diverse project portfolio, including work with long-standing local government and charitable clients. You ll lead from the front, act as the main client liaison, and support junior staff development while shaping the success of significant new and ongoing projects.Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of cost management services from inception through to completion across multiple projects. Manage large-scale projects (from £1m to £60m+) within sectors such as education, PBSA, and public/charity. Oversee pre- and post-contract services, including feasibility studies, cost plans, tendering, and final account negotiations. Provide procurement advice and prepare tender documentation in line with JCT/NEC contracts. Deliver post-contract cost control, manage variations, and support financial monitoring and reporting.
