You must have:

3+ years'' post-qualifying experience in a permanent local authority role (DfE requirement - non-negotiable)

Proven frontline experience in Referral & Assessment or Duty/Intake Teams

Confident handling CIN and CP cases from first referral through to planning

Social Work England registration
